Discover Chalet Volanti, an attractive Mallorcan villa located in one of the quietest areas of Pollença, just a few minutes’ walk from the charming old town with its cafés, restaurants, and local shops. Distributed over two levels and surrounded by a spacious garden area, Chalet Volanti offers an ideal setting to unwind by the pool and enjoy the calm of its residential surroundings. The property provides free wifi throughout the house, allowing guests to stay connected at all times.



Upon entering the villa, the ground floor features a bright and welcoming open-plan living and dining area, designed for relaxation and shared moments. From here, there is access to the fully equipped kitchen, offering all the facilities needed to cook comfortably during your stay. This floor also includes a double bedroom with two single beds and direct views of the pool, as well as a full bathroom with a bathtub.



The upper floor accommodates the remaining bedrooms. To the left of the staircase are two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds and generous, light-filled spaces. Directly opposite the stairs is a shared bathroom with a bathtub serving this floor. To the right is the master bedroom, equipped with a double bed, views over the garden and pool, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Next to it is another double bedroom with two single beds, equally bright and airy, also featuring a private bathroom with a shower.



All bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning available 24 hours a day, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the year.



From the living area, guests have direct access to the outdoor space, where a large furnished terrace invites al fresco dining thanks to its generous table and barbecue. The garden and private pool provide the perfect setting to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the residential area of La Font, surrounded by paths and natural landscapes ideal for walking.



Chalet Volanti’s location allows you to reach Pollença’s old town in around 10 minutes on foot, making it easy to enjoy its cultural, gastronomic, and shopping options without the need for a car. The town is well known for its Sunday market, authentic atmosphere, and varied selection of restaurants.



Within a short drive you will also find Puerto de Pollença, with its beach and wide range of water sports such as kayaking, sailing, and windsurfing, as well as Cala Sant Vicenç, famous for its crystal-clear coves and relaxed ambience. In addition, two large supermarkets are located around 10 minutes away on foot or just 2 minutes by car.
