Villa Can Gorreta is a welcoming retreat with panoramic mountain views, located just a short walk from the charming old town of Pollença. This traditionally styled villa combines tranquillity, comfort and an excellent location close to shops, restaurants and local attractions.



Set on one floor, the house features a light-coloured façade with an elegant stone finish at the back. Large windows fill the interior with natural light from the moment you enter. The main entrance opens onto a spacious open-plan living and dining area, furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, alongside a wooden dining table that creates a warm, traditional atmosphere. High ceilings with exposed beams and white walls enhance the villa’s Mallorcan character.



The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to cook comfortably during your stay and has direct access to the outdoor area. From the living room you reach the two bedrooms: a bright double bedroom on the right and, at the back, a twin bedroom. Both have large windows facing the patio. The indoor bathroom, located off the living area, features a shower and offers a practical layout.



Both bedrooms include hot/cold air conditioning. Following local energy efficiency guidelines, the air conditioning operates from 21:00 to 8:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00. Unlimited use can be arranged for an additional charge. The property also offers free wifi.



From the kitchen, a door leads to the spacious rear terrace, where a covered porch with a table and chairs provides the perfect setting for outdoor meals. This area connects to a barbecue zone and a private pool with beautiful views of the Pollença mountains. Outside, there is also a complete bathroom with shower, ideal for pool days.



The villa is just a 10-minute walk from Pollença’s main square, a lively area with a weekly market, shops, cafés and restaurants. The beaches of Puerto Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç are only a short drive away, offering clear waters, water sports and scenic coves.
