PUNTA COLET – DESCRIPTION



This lovely, restored, stone villa sits in the peaceful countryside between Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente and offers spacious and comfortable holiday accommodation. A covered terrace alongside the cool, roman style, swimming pool offers a shaded area to relax and eat al fresco meals whilst the sunny poolside terrace and ample lawned gardens provide plenty of space for the sun worshippers to perfect their holiday tan. It is a single storey accommodation.



The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dining facilities; while the utility area has washing machine and sink.

On the other hand, the lounge is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, dinning facilities, patio doors and terrace with tennis table.



There are 4 bedrooms (1 double and 3 twins), all with A/C units (The A/C is operational at set times only). The double bedroom and two of the three twins have terrace access. There are also three bathrooms.



Finally, there is a big swimming pool (10 x 5 mts.) with roman steps and a poolside shower, and surrounded by lawn. There is also a built-in barbecue and covered terrace and a tennis table is provided to enjoy and have fun.
