Llenyater for families with pool

Enjoying unobstructed views across the Puig de Maria and located within walking distance to the old town of Pollensa, Llenyater is a superb villa perfect for a couple or a small family. Thanks to its large swimming pool, airy interiors with exposed stone walls together with stylish furnishings and fittings, it is simply a villa not to be missed.

Inside, the villa is set over one floor. The entrance door opens into the spacious lounge with its white leather sofas, high ceilings and French doors that lead out to the covered terrace and to the pool. The open-plan, ultra modern, fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar island and dining area, has been purposely designed for Llenyater and has patio doors leading outside. Off the lounge, there is the master double bedroom with a step down to the split-level, en suite full bathroom (Jacuzzi Bath). A door leads to a separate area comprising a toilet and an ultra modern wash hand basin. This bathroom also can be accessed from the entrance hall. Also off the lounge there is a twin bedroom with en suite full bathroom. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms is available free of charge at set times, between 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm.

The wonderful pool is located at just in front of the house and can be easily accessed via the large covered terrace (with its stylish rattan sofas with brightly coloured cushions, tables, chairs and a stone barbecue). The pool has Roman steps at one end and a separate section for children. At the far end of the pool is a nice pergola area, perfect for relaxing.
