The stunningly beautiful Finca Ramona is an old Mallorcan country house in the Colonya Valley, surrounded by mountains and centuries-old olive groves.and the typical Mallorcan landscape. Access to the house is from the town of Pollença and follows a narrow road that passes various estates and several historic mansions.
The house was carefully renovated during the winter of 2019–2020, with particular emphasis placed on preserving traditional elements such as exposed stone walls and wooden ceiling beams, while the interiors now feature a more contemporary and modern character. Key improvements include newly tiled floors, a renovated kitchen and bathrooms, and the addition of a fifth bathroom. New lighting also lends all rooms a more modern atmosphere.
Upon entering the center of the house, you’ll find yourself in a spacious living and dining area with traditional walls and lighting. From here, you have access to the fully equipped kitchen, which still features the fireplace (now out of use) typical of old Mallorcan homes. The first floor also features a large lounge where guests can play foosball or relax on the large, comfortable sofa with a chaise longue while enjoying movies on the impressive 65-inch screen. The smart TV is equipped with a wireless internet connection, allowing guests to access their accounts on Amazon, Netflix, and other platforms.
From the living and dining area, a stone archway leads to the ground-floor double bedroom, which adjoins a full bathroom. To the left of the main entrance, a staircase leads to the upper floor, where the other bedrooms are located: two twin rooms that share a bathroom, another double room with an en suite bathroom, and two additional twin rooms that share another bathroom. It’s worth noting that the house offers various bed configurations; upon prior request, some of the twin-bed rooms can be converted into double rooms, so that the house then has three double rooms and three twin-bed rooms.
Outside, there are spacious terraces with various seating areas for dining al fresco during the hot summer months or enjoying an aperitif or a few drinks in one of the two chill-out areas while admiring the beautiful view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. On one side of the terrace, there is also a covered barbecue area with a refrigerator. The terrace area by the pool offers plenty of space to relax on the sun loungers or the Balinese daybed. The pool, which features Roman steps, has also been completely renovated and retiled.
The outdoor area also features a newly restored bathroom (the fifth one), which can be used without having to enter the house, as well as a laundry room with storage space for bicycles.
Finally, it’s worth noting that the house offers free Wi-Fi (with multiple signal boosters for coverage in all rooms) and pool towels.

The stunning Platja de Muro beach is just a few minutes’ drive away, as are many other beautiful beaches in the north of the island.
