A stunning, spacious, and modernized finca in a beautiful setting with a large outdoor area and a large pool, not far from Pollença and the beaches. Villa El Crever is a 200-year-old home that underwent extensive renovation and restoration during the winter of 2019–2020, while preserving the character of the traditional local architecture. Among the most significant improvements are the new interior flooring, the addition of a fourth bathroom, and the expansion and renovation of the pool terrace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the bathrooms and kitchen have also been completely modernized.
From the main entrance of the house, you enter the spacious living-dining room with a beautiful arched doorway. From this room, you can access the kitchen, which, while modern in design, has preserved and incorporated some beautiful old details from the former farmhouse. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms.
To the left of the entrance, a staircase leads to the upper floor of this beautiful finca. Here you’ll find the main lounge with a large sofa and a chaise longue, along with a large 65-inch TV. The smart TV is equipped with a wireless internet connection, allowing guests to enjoy their Amazon, Netflix, or other streaming platform accounts.
Also located on the first floor of the finca are the remaining four bedrooms and two additional bathrooms (one of which is en suite), as well as a terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the beautiful surroundings.
The house offers various bedding configuration options. Some of the twin-bed rooms can be converted into double rooms (always upon prior request), allowing for a layout of 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin-bed rooms.
In addition to the stunning interior, the outdoor area is another absolute highlight of the finca. A beautiful, peaceful garden awaits you, as well as two covered terraces—one with a grill and dining area, and another covered terrace featuring a large American-style pool table. The pool area, featuring a 5 x 11-meter pool, also offers plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, a daybed, and a chill-out lounge. The perfect place for a relaxing vacation in a wonderful setting.
This house is located halfway along a side road connecting the town of Pollença and the Port of Pollença. From this convenient location, you’ll have very easy and quick access to Port de Pollença—which is particularly known for its beautiful coastline, lovely beaches, and wide variety of shops and restaurants—as well as proximity to the historic town of Pollença, where you’ll find a rich cultural and culinary scene.
It’s also worth exploring the area on foot or by bike, as there are several traditional paths with little traffic. By bike, you can reach the town of Pollença or Puerto de Pollença in about 10 minutes.
