Villa Marine for a family or group of four friends, only 1.5km to the old town of Pollensa and 8.5km to the beach!





This cozy, two-bedroom villa is full of rustic charm and peaceful surroundings but still close enough to modern-day amenities, providing the best of both worlds on a Mallorca holiday.



A lot of 4000 square meters features a private pool (4.5m x 8m), sun loungers, a stone barbecue to grill local meats and seafood, and a shaded patio dining area.



Inside the 160-square-meter villa, the modest interior is classically decorated with a fully outfitted kitchen and large wooden doors that lead to a living/dining room where guests can relax after a long day spent exploring the old town of Pollensa or visiting the nearby wintery.



Walk under a stone archway to enter the master double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and access to a second full bathroom. Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed.



Although set in a rural setting, Villa Marine is just a short drive from some of the area's top sites like Pollença (1.5km), Puerto Pollença (8.5m), and Cala St. Vicente (7.6km). The nearest beach is 8.5km from the villa, a supermarket is just 2km away, restaurants are 2km away, and a golf course is 4.5km away.
