This charming villa is ideal for a small family or group of friends, situated just 1.5 kms from old town Pollenca yet still providing an authentic rural setting with spectacular mountain scenery and countryside views. 

Can Piña greets its guests with a delightful garden brimming with a concoction of colourful plants in terracotta pots, lush Mediterranean shrubbery and swaying palm trees. A small lawn sits to one side of the pool and with poolside barbecue and shady alfresco dining area positioned perfectly in order to relish the scene as it unfolds, lazy afternoons will conjure up many fond memories to take back home.

The interior reflects a traditional Pollenca home, with open plan living and dining area connected to a well-equipped kitchen, by way of an arch with small breakfast bar, with pantry and door to the outside terrace. A fine stone fireplace (for ornamental purposes only) commandeers the focal point in the living area with comfortable furnishings and windows strategically placed in order to shed natural light into the villa.

The two bedrooms are located along a small passage consisting of a modern shower room, twin bedroom with direct access to the pool and a double bedroom with en suite shower and views overlooking the pool - the perfect way to start your day.

A choice of sandy beaches are just 10 minutes’ drive, whilst the most stressful part of the day will be deciding where to dine from such an extensive variety of local restaurants, bistros and tapas bars dotted amongst the surrounding area.
