The kitchen is induction and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. On this floor you will find a bedroom with double bed and two en-suite bathrooms with bathtub and hydro-massage shower. There is also a toilet on this floor. The stairs lead to the first floor below, where you will find a second living room with Smart TV and a gas kitchen open to the dining room, fully equipped, with fireplace and access to a terrace.
