"Great communication before arrival. Saw from previous reviews people complaining about having to go to sister hotel for check in - let them know in advance we would be arriving late and were given instructions how to access property. Apartment nice and spacious with large balcony and a VERY confortable bed. Toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc provided. One row back from sea but had a glimpse of sea from our balcony. Great value for money."

"Great location in Port Pollenca a very short walk to beach boardwalk and a huge selection of restaurants. We had a great stay using the apartment as a base to explore from. Hosts were super attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend the apartment and would like to come back for a cycling trip (multiple units available in same building for larger groups) and a longer visit."

"Came here with a group for a cycling trip and the apartment was everything we could ask for! The garage was great for storing our gear! The space is great for groups and very comfortable. Tons of restaurants nearby and the beach is an easy walk. Will definitely book again!"

"My dad has always wanted to visit PP after seeing our photos over the last 10 years, so treated him to weekend away for his birthday. He loved it, apartment was spacious, clean and in great location. Communication with host Sònia was excellent, even when dad unfortunately lost the safe key. This was resolved quickly by owner kindly driving from Palma with a spare key, thank you for reducing this stress and sorry for the inconvenience."

"This apartment fit the four of us perfectly! The views just don't get better. The small town has just enough restaurants for a small variety of options a 10 minute walk away. The location provides the spectacular views, but keep in mind that if you plan to explore other parts of the island, it will take minimum 30 minutes, and up to an hour to get there (and back). "

"A small but perfectly located apartment. Just few paces from the sea front, Pine Walk promenade in beautiful Puerto Pollensa. The host was great making sure we had arrived and gained access and even checked that the local ev chargers were operating.. The apartment was furnished and supplied with all we needed. Overall a great place for us to stay."
