This charming house is situated in a quiet residential area located between Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and the impressive Cala de Sant Vicente. It is a privileged area surrounded by nature and green areas, just 4 km from the beach.



The house is surrounded by gardens and a generously sized swimming pool. It has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room, air conditioning hot/cold, wifi, a large terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue area, where you can enjoy with your family and friends a nice sunset with its views to the mountains. There is also a ping-pong table for the more restless members of the family.



We recommend you to visit Pollensa, about 3 km away. A charming Mallorcan village, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the village square such as "Q11" and "U Plaça" and its well known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well known Calvario stairs, 365 steps that take us to the highest part of the village where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the village and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The Pollensa golf course is just a few kilometres from the house.



And if you like to relax on the fine white sand of the beaches, you can't miss the stunning beach of Cala de Sant Vicente with its crystal clear blue waters.
