Villa Marina is located in the countryside nearby Pollensa Golf ideal for those golfers out there, and approx 5km from old town Pollensa. Downhill track leads you to Villa Marina. The Mallorca Villa is surrounded by elevated terraces with plenty of room exterior for catching the sun and relaxing, There are four wide steps that lead up to a covered terrace and front door.Front door opens into an inner porch with traditional stone flooring. French glass doors open into open plan Dining/Kitchen. The dining area is directly infront with feature wood beams and spot lights and to the left is a small, yet functional, fitted kitchen.To the right of the dining area floor slightly slopes down into the lounge sitting area with its stone cushioned feature seating and includes other features such as a glass window feature built into the stone wall, that looks through to the dining room area, this room also has facility of a stylish black flat style TV and ceiling beams.To the left of the sitting area a door leads into the master twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, and own en suite shower room, nicely decorated in royal blue tiles. There is a door that leads out of this en-suite to the exterior, with direct access to the various terraces and pool area. *Note. Leading from the front door a couple of steps takes you to a large terrace area with table and umbrella facilities. On the right of this terrace, a further four steps take you to a top level terrace which is where the nicely shaped pool, working with salt water chlorinator system, is located, which is to the side of the Villa.Adjacent to the pool is a delightful area with exterior furniture sofa and chairs which is a super shady spot to relax and read a book as the area has a pergola covering. Adjacent to the pool and terraces on lower level, is the super large covered entertaining area with BBQ, this area includes a 2nd dishwasher, sink and two ring gas top stove, and further 2nd fridge. Below this area are further terraces, and a small lawn area below.
