There is a slight incline on the road leading to the property. To access the villa there is a path which is 148cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 81cm wide. The kitchen/dining room doors are 79cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 75cm wide, the path to the pool is 300cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, tiled and even, the surrounding gardens are grassed and level. The pool has steps. There are 3 steps leading to the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 2 steps leading to the two twin bedrooms.
