Dimore Sarnelli are two newly renovated adjacent apartments on the first floor, one called \"Francesca\" and one called \"Serena\". The apartments are located in the main street of Polignano a Mare, from which they take their name and are about 150m from the main square, 300m from the seaview historic center and about 400m from the famous Lama Monachile beach. The accomodations are equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Apt. Francesca has a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room, it can accommodate up to 4 people.



Dimore Sarnelli - Apt. Francesca is a recently renovated apartment on the first floor adjacent to the other apartment.. The house consists of a living room-kitchen equipped with oven, microwave oven, hob with 4 gas burners, kettle and dishwasher, double sofa bed and a table with chairs.The living area gives access to a balcony overlooking the main street, to the toilet and to the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The apartment has a storage room with washing machine.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.



Check-In 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30EUR, after that time 50EUR subject to confirmation)

Check-Out before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 100€
