"Loved our stay in the pod at the Inn. Access was swift and we even stayed for dinner, which was lovely. Breakfast was continental and was plentiful. Only two blips which were incidentals - no tea towel ( probably forgotten) and the batteries in the remote control for the tv - weren't working but this wouldn't prevent us from recommending or revisting. Lovely local pub, pod and beautiful...

"The Annex was a peaceful location with views across the hills. It’s a convenient location for the Eden Project and the beaches around St Austell. The annex is a good base and has a home from home feel. John the host is very friendly and welcoming."

The ensuite smell went away after the first night, but the second bathroom smells got worse over time as the ventilator was not working which we mentioned to the property...

Maybe a parasol would be nice to go with the table and chairs outside, even more so in this current heat wave. Make sure you bring some milk/water with you, if your after a tea/coffee after that long drive down, think that was the only thing missing would be a...
