"Beautiful villa of your dreams on a hillside near Cortona. Everything was exactly as described and the villa is very large. We had 4 couples each in the 4 master bedrooms which are huge and very nicely separated. Be aware the road up to the villa is very challenging! "Our hosts were very gracious and concerned that we had all we needed for a good stay. They even brought us a basket of vegetables from which we made a great soup. We loved the peace and quiet of the area and the views as the daylight changed. So good to have a wash machine and a place to easily dry clothes. "I want to move into this villa. It was amazing from start to finish with only one or two minor issues. The location was perfect for visiting nearby towns and wineries. The American style coffee maker was ancient and it took over an hour to brew a cup of coffee. Once we cleaned it with vinegar it worked a lot better. Sadly we did not use the pool due to the weather. I definitely would return to this villa. "

"The Villa presents even better than in the photos and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Each bedroom we accessed had an ensuite bathroom which just added to the luxe feel. My mature parents could have the one bedroom downstairs which was perfect, all other bedrooms are located upstairs. Worth mentioning the outdoor sun lounges have also been replaced (since the photos) and adds further to the resort feel. Would highly recommend! "

"Superb host! Giuseppe great communicator, speaks excellent English, went above and beyond driving us through town to help orient us (highlights, public transportation). He checked on us regularly, responded promptly to questions. Apartment has nice features which he updates. He recommends “gold club” businesses with proven quality and provide guest discounts. Law doesn’t allow him to provide toiletries, laundry soap so come prepared. "
