Beautiful family home

We provide you with the time of your stay to discover the department of La Vienne, our main residence of 180m². It has been completely renovated, decorated and equipped to offer you a pleasant stay!

It consists of a modern and fully equipped open kitchen, adjoining the dining room and a living room. It also has 4 bedrooms composed as follows: on the first floor, 1 bedroom with a very good quality sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a 120 cm bed and 1 bedroom with a mezzanine bed + an extra bed for a child if necessary. On the second floor: 1 double bed of 160cm. You will also find a shower room on each landing and 3 separate toilets (ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor).
You will have access to the laundry room in which there is a second and large fridge/freezer and a washing machine.
For the bravest or the unlucky you can isolate yourself in the office while the others enjoy the swimming pool.

On a plot of 800m2, you can enjoy a beautiful south-facing swimming pool measuring 3.5m x 9.00m with a flat bottom (1.45m). It is secured by an electric rolling steering wheel. Depending on the period and the weather it can be heated to 28 - 29 degrees. We disclaim all liability in the event of an accident. However, we advise you to close the pool shutter if children are not under adult supervision.

The location of our house is also a real asset. Located in Poitiers, in a residential area, you will be close to the main tourist attractions, restaurants, shops and public transport, making your travels and discoveries easier.

La gare de Poitiers se situe à 8 min en voiture.
Le Parc du Futuroscope quant à lui est situé à environ 15 min en voiture.
Vous vous trouvez à 1h30 du Marais Poitevin et à 1h de Tours.
Ainsi qu'à 1h30 de La Rochelle et 2h du Puy du Fou
