"The only thing we did t like was the room that we picked was noisy we could hear the air conditioners coming on and off. You could not hear them with the tv in but when you went to bed. We were I. 302. Other that that, we would go here again. Just ask for a different room. They were not aware of this when we checked out . You can hear the rumblings when one of the six units was working ."

"Bed was itchy every time I played in it. Idk if it was the sheets or what but I barely got sleep. I got bit by ants and there are doors in the room that lead to the other rooms. I did not like that so I had to put tables in front of the door just in case because that’s unsafe. Loud people. Doors are so high that people can hear you and you can hear them from outside. I didn’t like that at all."

"I booked a 2-night stay at this hotel through the Hotels.com app and paid the full amount up front as a non-refundable booking. When I arrived around 9 PM, I was denied entry. The front desk said they would not accept my online payment and demanded that I pay the full amount again in person. I contacted Hotels.com support right away, but they were unable to reach the hotel. I sat there for close to 2...
