"This was an amazing place to stay. it was literally 20 steps out to the beach, and as someone who lives on the San Francisco Bay with beaches aplenty the beach in Manasquan was absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sunrise was my absolute favorite part of the day.The heated floors were very nice. "Room was clean had a nice view, the only downsides were we expected by the photos it was more than a room and a bathroom, that the photos suggested it had a private area for sitting down but I realized when we got there it was common area. At night it was quite cold l, so we did have to get another blanket, and the shower took a while to heat up, but overall for a place to spend the night and be close to amenities, it worked for us :) "
