"What a great location. I was a bit nervous with all the Memorial Day news that happened in Seaside , but this place was perfect. 300 feet to the boardwalk, and beach. We had parking pass which we never used but was so nice to have, 4 beach badges another great plus to have. I didn’t have to bring my own chairs and beach umbrella or towels Michale thought of everything. There is a welcome book with places to visit, eat, . The place is so close to the boardwalk but at night it was super quiet....
