"The room itself was average, but as a single woman traveling I was disappointed that the front desk clerk gave me a first floor room with an adjoining room. I would have asked to change rooms but the check in process alone took a very loooong time, and he really seemed to be struggling with it. I had plans and didn’t have time to wait. I just felt uncomfortable when I got back. "

"The room was clean, but not like what was pictured online when I booked. Hotel is older and in disrepair as was the room. The room was also VERY sparse and furniture was pretty beat up. I felt like I paid WAY too much money for the condition of the hotel and room. "

"My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant and bars on site are outstanding and reasonably priced as well. Next door is a great bar (Dilly Bistro, Bar and Bottle Shop), Starbucks, two good pizza joints and Graeter's Ice Cream. "We stayed in a King Suite that had a separate door on the bedroom and a pullout couch. The room included a small kitchenette with a nice-sized fridge, way bigger than is typical. We didn’t use the dishes or appliances but did sit at the table & eat our take out. Room was clean but shower/bathroom showed small signs of water damage and could use a tiny update. The only other downside was that the spare blanket we tried to use for pullout bed was pulling and shedding everywhere. We went out and...

"Hot tub is shut down. Pool area is dirty! Water all over the pool deck slippery. Water so dirty even when no one is in the pool it’s cloudy. Hair, broken toys, Band-aides on bottom of pool. Our garbage was never picked up, the ice machine room is where everyone put their garbage all weekend. We told the front desk they said they would pick it up, but never did. 4 days we were there."
