Enjoy entire 1ST FLOOR UNIT of this duplex, approx. a 50 second walk to beach & sleeps 5. This FULLY renovated property has new kitchen, big living room, 3 cozy bedrooms with full (double) beds & new bathroom. Four beach passes, PRIVATE PARKING SPOT, linens/towels/paper products PROVIDED. Sit on front porch, or take short walk to boardwalk, games, restaurants & aquarium. Train station is 1 mi. away. Smart lock access, WIFI, TV, beach toys, BBQ, washer/dryer & AC also included. 2 beach bikes on property!

*Guests required to have positive reviews to book, be minimum 25 yrs old, be a part of the group staying on property and provide ID. Town requires names and permanent residence of all guests in group. NO PETS

There is an Over Occupancy Penalty of $500 per person/per night for every undeclared guest that violates the fire code maximum. Guests exceeding occupancy must leave the property immediately.

Great place and location

This property had everything we ever needed, very clean, great location, and very close to the beach like a 5 minute stroll close. If you enjoy fresh seafood,forget about it, this is the place, several outstanding places inside a mile . Our host Robin was right on point, I could tell she really cared about her guests and her beach home, no complaints whatsoever, can't wait for next year, thank you Robin our stay was highly enjoyable

Point Pleasant Beach Getaway

Pictures do not do this property justice! Nestled in the heart of Point Pleasant Beach, this house is on the corner of a private lane just a few steps from the boardwalk and beach. Entering the home, one is struck by the beautiful and efficient use of space. Three bedrooms, a large living room, a small but well equipped and highly efficient kitchen, and a large bathroom/laundry round out the house. Additionally, there is a cozy front porch where we spent mornings drinking coffee and late afternoons reading and relaxing. The hosts have thought of every possible need! There are beach passes, overnight parking passes and a container on the property with everything you could need for beach fun! (Chairs, umbrellas, cart, toys, etc. ). There are bikes available as well. An outdoor shower greets you upon your return from the beach. There are snacks and water bottles, games and books, and k-cups provided for the essential morning coffee. Additionally the hosts text with local activities happening during the week and are available for any questions/concerns without being intrusive. These hosts thought of everything! As one may have guessed, we loved this home and our Point Pleasant Beach vacation. My only concern is that this review may cause me difficulty in booking next year! Amazing home, amazing hosts, highly recommend.

Our second time staying here and it was as good as we remembered! The house is perfect for our young family! Great location, close toy the beach, the rides and games, and a cute, local ice cream / ices place. Robin is above and beyond accommodating, and the house is very comfortable. We canā€™t wait to return!

The house was great for a visit to see family for the holidays. Communication was great and the one minor issue we had was dealt with quickly. Perfect location to walk up to the Boardwalk or beach.

Wonderful stay, perfect for family of 5!

Robinā€™s place is gorgeous. Itā€™s all brand new, sparkling clean, and close to the fray but far enough away for peace and quiet. We loved the house and it was perfect for our family of five. We felt very safe in the area, and the beach tags, linens, paper products, and parking made staying here super convenient. Our son cut his foot on the beach and Robin had a fully outfitted first aid kit. She truly thought of everything. The outdoor shower, wagon, beach chairs, and beach toys were used daily. Robin even allowed early check in and was available by text throughout our trip. Few details I thought Iā€™d share that by no way affected our stayā€” we LOVED it, but these details would be helpful for others considering: The beach has a steeper drop off. If you arenā€™t right up by the slope you canā€™t see your children in the water. Each day, we were able to find a good spot to set up camp so we could see the kids, but luck was on our side! The surf was rough every day we were at the beach, which surprised us, but it didnā€™t stop us from having fun. The beach is beautiful and clean! In the rental, the beds are full size. This was not an issue at all for me or my six foot tall husband but some larger people may feel the beds are too small. We found them comfortable and fine for us! Everyone slept well! In the same vein, the shower is also a small stall style. Again, no issues for us at all, but larger people might find it too small. Lastly, there is no AC in the bedrooms so I am glad we were there during a cooler week. We slept with our doors open and the mini split in the living room kept us cool, as well as the cooling fans supplied. My husband was a little warm at night, but he tends to like things on the cool side. The kids and I were totally comfortable. This house is a steal for its location and amenities. We had a wonderful, worry -free week in fabulous, comfortable accommodations. We will likely be back! Thank you Robin!
