"As always , the staff is so friendly . They go out of their way to make your experience nice . We like the second floor . We like to sit on the balcony and use the pool so we request the second ,and they make sure we get that. Soon as you walk into four points you can smell how clean and fresh they keep it."

"The room was not clean the first night. They moved me to a cleaner room the next day. On the third and fourth days, they didn't have clean water because they had turned off the water. I was unable to use the showers or hot tub in the evenings for three of the five days I stayed. They were considerate in trying to help, but they didn't notify me that they were shutting off the water and didn't provide much ulternative solutions. I was not happy about paying to have limited use of the full room. "
