180° Water Vista With Outdoor Spa
On Top Of The World You'll feel like you're on top of the world when you look out upon the magnificent 180 degree water vista from your living room and deck. The property is adjacent to Brisbane Water National Park where there are walking trails and abundant wildlife. Property in this street is tightly held due largely to the North East aspect and outstanding scenic views. The modern kitchen, dining and lounge room open onto the wrap around deck. Thanks for choosing to stay at our house. We are so glad you have decided to book with us and we want to make sure you have a 5-star stay.
House Rules We have a few rules which I’d like to let you know about. I know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate if you could have a quick read.
#1 - NO PARTY & NO EXCESSIVE NOISE • This rule will be strictly enforced.
#2 - Number of Guests • No unregistered guests are allowed on the property unless authorised. • Pets are not permitted in this listing, but exceptions can be made if discussed with the host beforehand.
#3- 3pm check in, Check Out is 10am • Early check in ( before 3pm) or late check out (after 10am) needs to be approved by the host, and additional cost will apply.
#4 - Lights & Heating & Security • We would really appreciate if you could turn off all lights and heating when you leave the house each day, and on check out. • Whenever you leave the house, please ensure both upstairs and downstairs front doors are locked as well as the glass sliding doors.
Entry The key is located to the left of the front door upstairs in a lockbox, please refer to your check in message for the code. Additionally, the key for downstairs door next to the garage is located in the second lockbox (on the left of garage door), access with the same password. We highly recommend keeping each key locked inside the matching lockbox during your stay so you don’t accidentally lock yourself out or misplace the key.
Parking The height of garage is limited, we don’t recommend you to park inside. There are space for three cars outside of garage on the slope. You are free to park your car along the street. But total no more than five cars. Please be aware, parking is not allowed on the decking in front of the house.
Internet Free Wifi is included in your stay. The modem can be found in the downstairs bedroom near the entry.
Kitchen We have basic cooking utensils and equipment that you are free to use, There’s also cooking oil, salt, sugar, coffee and tea.
Laundry There is a laundry available for you to use, and the clothesline is in the front of house.
Amenities You will find an iron and board in the walk-in wardrobe upstairs.There is a hairdryer located in the upstairs bathroom drawer, as well shampoo and body wash.
Heating The property has four air conditioners located in the living room both upstairs and downstairs, and main bedroom upstairs and downstairs. Please ensure you switch off prior to check out.
Noise As neighbours surround our property, we would appreciate if you could keep quiet between 11pm to 7am especially near the balcony area.
No smoking inside the home There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. It’s ok to smoke in the balcony.
Hot Water The capacity of hot water tank is about 315 L. The available hot water is limited therefore depends on how many people in your group, you might need to wait for the water to heat up.please not to use the hot tub in the bathroom downstairs when the temperature of the weather is low, otherwise there is no enough water for shower.
BBQ The BBQ, LPG bottle and BBQ mat are located in the balcony, please fill up the gas from petrol service if it’s empty.
Access To open the balcony glass sliding doors, unlock the lock on the top edge of the frame, turn the key and pull down the plug. Please ensure to lock all the glass sliding doors when you leave the house at any time.
Spa Do not to use 10pm-7am, Please ensure you close the two fence gates when you leave the spa area.

While the linens & bathrooms were top end all the fly screens & doors need urgent attention. One screen door doesn’t even close properly with a 1” gap at the bottom. My granddaughter is very sensitive to mozzie bites so very disappointed about the big holes in fly screens. Also window screens were very dusty. Also awning filthy-view from sink was terrible.
The spa was lovely except there are headrests missing and some of the jets weren’t working. Luckily all 8 of us weren’t wanting to be in the spa together.
One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of the 3rd bathroom which was included in the listing & one of the reasons we booked this place. A shower in the laundry with broken tiles doesn’t = bathroom 3.

Everyone enjoyed their stay, the house was very spacious . It’s a very nice quiet neighbourhood made the stay very relaxing.
