Enjoy exclusive access to a private beach and dock, perfect for swimming, relaxing, and making the most of your time on the water. During the summer season, four kayaks are available for your use, including two adult kayaks and two junior kayaks, allowing the whole family to explore the lake. Several life jackets in various sizes are also provided. End your days admiring the spectacular sunsets from the spacious terrace or gathering around the outdoor fire pit, ideally located between the terrace and the beach.



Perfect for up to 6 guests, La Chaumière sur le lac features three bedrooms, all located on the upper floor and each furnished with a Queen bed. Two of the bedrooms offer beautiful panoramic views of Lake Pohénégamook. The main floor includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area that comfortably seats six, and a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, television, and sound system. The lower level features a second living area with a sofa bed, an additional television, and a pool table, providing even more space to relax and enjoy your stay. Air conditioning is also available throughout the chalet.



Large windows fill the chalet with natural light while showcasing the breathtaking lake views and surrounding scenery. Pohénégamook is a four-season destination offering a wide variety of outdoor activities, including golf, fishing, cycling, local microbreweries, snowmobile trails, cross-country skiing, and much more.

The minimum age to book this property is 28 years old.



Depending on the services applicable to the property, maintenance personnel may be present outside the chalet Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., including for hot tub maintenance, groundskeeping, snow removal, or waste management. No indoor maintenance will be performed unless there is an emergency. Our team will work discreetly to avoid disturbing your stay. Your presence is not required.
