"Comfortable and well maintained house overviewing the entire valley. Lovely terras with grill. Large swimming pool reachable via stairs. Quiet location, about 10/15 minutes to the nearest grocery store and butcher. You definitely need a car. We would love to come back in future. Nice places to visit within max 1 hr drive are Perugia (30 min), Cortona (45 min), Gubbio ( 1 hr). Lake Transimeno only 35 min away.
