Located in the Tuscan countryside between Florence and Siena, near Castellina in Chianti, Villa Brunella is an elegant private estate surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, orchards and woods. Part of a 50-hectare organic farm and winery, the property offers a peaceful setting in the heart of the Chianti Classico landscape, combining contemporary comfort and a strong link with the surrounding countryside.
The interiors are characterized by a refined and essential style, with bright and welcoming environments designed for relaxation and moments of conviviality. The main villa has a large living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, while an internal elevator connects the different floors. Villa Brunella can accommodate up to 16 guests in eight bedrooms, offering generous spaces for families and groups traveling together.
Outside, panoramic terraces and manicured gardens overlook the vineyards and rolling Tuscan hills. A private panoramic infinity pool with salt water and whirlpool offers a private space dedicated to relaxation, while the estate also has a private tennis court and eight e-bikes for exploring the surrounding countryside.
A dedicated wellness area completes the property, with Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower and fully equipped gym. Guests can also discover the vineyards, the cellar and the farmland of the estate, while during their stay it is possible to organize private gastronomic experiences and seasonal cuisine prepared with local ingredients.
