Set on a spacious 1,700 m2 private plot, Villa El Capitano boasts a modern 300 m2 interior that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across four elegant, en-suite bedrooms. Each room is thoughtfully designed with high-end furnishings, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and premium linens. Two of the bedrooms offer breathtaking views of the sea and nearby islands, while the others overlook the villa’s lush natural surroundings.

The sleeping arrangements are ideal for both rest and privacy.

Bedroom 4: 16 m2, King (180x200 cm), en-suite with shower, a TV, views of surroundings. All bedrooms include air conditioning, towels, and premium linens. The villa ensures every guest enjoys comfort and space to unwind.

At the heart of the home is an airy, open-plan living and dining area, filled with natural light thanks to large glass doors that open directly onto the pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything from a wine cooler to an espresso machine, making it easy to prepare delicious meals or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets. The cozy living room is perfect for relaxing, with comfortable sofas, a smart TV, and even binoculars so you can watch boats drifting across the sea.

Step outside and you'll find your own slice of paradise. The private pool (9.5 x 3.5 meters) features hydromassage jets and eco-friendly filtration, surrounded by eight sun loungers, umbrellas, and a sea-facing terrace covered with artificial grass for added comfort. Enjoy long, leisurely meals at the covered dining terrace, equipped with a traditional wood and charcoal BBQ, or sip your morning coffee in the shaded lounge corner.
Families will love the children’s playground, complete with a swing, toys, and a cozy kids’ tent. And for those who enjoy fresh ingredients, the organic garden offers seasonal fruits and vegetables to pick and enjoy.

For even more relaxation, head to the villa’s wellness and fun area located on the lower level (indoor staircase). Here, you’ll find a Finnish sauna, a small fitness space with equipment like an exercise bike and pilates ball, and a game zone featuring a billiards table and darts. There’s also a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and ironing facilities, easily accessed via the indoor staircase.

NOTE: The villa is located in the peaceful hills of Podstrana, about 2 km above the coastal road. Please note that the access road is a bit narrow in places, so having a car is highly recommended. This quiet, elevated location offers seclusion and stunning views—but also means you're truly away from the hustle and bustle. The road ends at the villa, and beyond that, there’s only a hiking trail, making it an ideal spot for those seeking privacy and nature right at their doorstep.
