Kitchen, dining and living area are spread on 45sqm of space. Big glass doors are leading you from dining area to a beautiful terrace, with a private swimming pool and lounge area, overlooking the Adriatic sea and islands. Give your self opportunity to relax gazing at the marvelous sunsets from this wonderful terrace. Thanks to cascade terrain, terrace and garden are on the same level. The garden offers outdoor shower, grill and dining area, all available only for you. There are two parking places on site - available free of charge.

The property landlord (family of 4) lives on site at ground floor apartment, with separate entrance and will be at your disposal during your stay.
