Pocono Lake 5BR: Hot Tub, Game Room & Fire Pit

Welcome to Evergreen Lakehouse!
A Spacious 5 bedroom, 3 full bathroom Pocono retreat in the gated community of Arrowhead Lake. Perfect for large families and groups, comfortably accommodating 14 guests. Features a private hot tub, fire place, game room, fire pit, and open-concept living spaces. Enjoy the community amenities featuring lakes, beaches, and pools. Thoughtfully designed for relaxing, year-round getaways!

The space
The home is designed for group stays with two separate living areas, giving everyone space to relax without feeling crowded. The main level offers a comfortable layout for gathering, while the lower level features a game room and additional hangout space—perfect for spreading out.

Sleeping arrangements include a mix of king, queen, full, and twin beds, making it easy to accommodate families, couples, and kids comfortably. Multiple bathrooms help make group stays more convenient.

Outside, unwind in the private hot tub or enjoy evenings around the fire pit after a day at the lake. The setup is ideal for both relaxing and spending time together.

Guest access
-Guests have full access to the entire home, including all living areas, game room, hot tub, fire pit, deck, and yard.
-Arrowhead community amenities during operating hours (beaches, pools, lake, playgrounds, & basketball courts)
-You may enter the community the day of arrival at anytime to use the amenities, but the house will not be available until 4pm. You will be able to enter the house via a keypad code.

Please note: Upon arrival, registered vehicles will need to use the QR code sent to them to check in at the gate. The easiest way to get to Evergreen Lakehouse is through the second gate on Orono Drive. Please have your QR Code ready.

Other things to note
Arrowhead Lake Community requires guests to pay Arrowhead Lake Temporary Membership Fees that are not retained by the host.

Registration Fee: $20

Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $ 20 per vehicle

Temporary Membership fees (ages 6 and over):

In- Season: ( May 24th- September 2)
$8.50 per person, per night

Off-Season:
$2 per person per night


I will be in touch prior to your stay to complete your registration and collect additional fees. Temporary membership fees must be paid no later than 5 days prior to the arrival, otherwise there is a late fee of $100 from the Arrowhead Lake Community.


We give guests full privacy but are always available if needed. Message us anytime through VBRO and we respond quickly.
