KITCHEN & DINING
The open dining and kitchen area is designed for both functionality and social gatherings. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, utensils and appliances you need to prepare delicious meals. The adjacent dining area features a table that can comfortably seats 8 guests, making it perfect for family meals or group gatherings. The open layout ensures that everyone can enjoy each other`s company while cooking and dining together.

LOUNGE SPACES
The living room is designed for relaxation and comfort, featuring a cozy over-sized couch and large chair where guests can unwind. The room also features a fireplace and large TV where you can stream a movie or your favorite show.
The loft area upstairs is filled with many books and a cozy reading nook. It also comes with a large mounted TV if people cannot decide on what movie to watch all together.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Easily our favorite thing about the home, the outdoor spaces has it all! Relax in the hot tub, or make yummy s`mores with the fire pit. In the warmer months enjoy the screened in porch and lounge on the deck while making dinner on the grill.

Guests have access to the complete property and Locust Lake Village (LLV) amenities. Please refer to the house manual to see these amazing amenities in detail!
Guests will be required to register each person 12 years of age and older as well as the vehicle(s). Information can be sent to the host and they will register on our community`s website on your behalf. A $50 fee will be collected for this. In addition, the cost per vehicle is $5. A fine of $250 will be imposed on any group that does not register.

Locust Lake Village has many amenities that are open to our guests. We provide wrist bands with registration and you`ll have access to the amazing community:

Plenty of parking spaces in the driveway of the property, please use this space and do not park anywhere else.

Given the rural location of the property, having a car is essential for getting around. While the area is tranquil and peaceful, local attractions and activities are not within walking distance. A car will enable you to easily reach nearby sites and fully experience everything the region has to offer.

Security: For your safety, an exterior ring camera is in attached to the house and looks out on the driveway and front porch. Please note there are no cameras inside the house.
We welcome your pets! We do charge a pet fee to ensure we can keep the high level of cleanliness standards.
Guests will receive 8 wristbands upon arrival for registering with the community (see the notes section for how to register. This info will also be sent to you with your confirmation to book). This provides access to the lakes, beaches, trash removal, clubhouse activities and parking. Wristbands are for guests 12 years and older (bands not required for kids under 12). Additional wristbands may be purchased for $9 per day.
