Heron's Rest – Lakefront Home w/ Hot Tub, Kayaks & Game Room

Set directly on the water, Heron's Rest is a lakefront retreat designed for group stays. Enjoy mornings on the dock, afternoons kayaking, and evenings in the hot tub or around the firepit. With multiple living spaces, a pool table game room, and room for up to 8 guests, it’s ideal for families and lake escapes. Spend your days swimming or exploring the lake, then return to grill, relax, and unwind indoors. (Professional photos are scheduled for early July and will be updated soon.)

Arrowhead Lake Community

Guests have access to Arrowhead Lake Community amenities, including:

4 lakes and sand beaches with playgrounds, picnic tables, propane BBQ grills, boating/fishing docks, and roped-off swimming areas
3 heated outdoor swimming pools with playgrounds and picnic areas
Community pickleball courts
Rental Shack offering rentals such as additional kayaks, paddleboards, tennis rackets, and more
Year-round indoor amenities, including the Lodge, Fitness Center, Ballroom, Great Room, 18+ Billiards Room, Family Game Room, and Member Services Building

Seasonal Amenity Availability

Outdoor pools close after Labor Day weekend. Beaches may remain accessible seasonally and weather permitting.

The Rental Shack for kayaks and paddleboards is open on weekends only from 10 AM–6 PM, at least through September and possibly into October, depending on weather.

Outdoor amenities are generally unavailable during the fall and winter months, while the listed indoor community facilities remain open year-round.

Direct lake access
Important lake safety: The water near the dock is very shallow, and depths throughout the lake can vary unexpectedly. Diving from the dock or anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited. Please enter the water carefully and supervise children at all times.

Community Registration & Resort Fees

Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community that requires all short-term rental guests to complete registration and pay separate resort fees. These fees are set by the community and are not included in your booking price.

After booking, you’ll receive a digital Pre-Arrival Form requesting the primary renter’s full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests. The form must be completed at least 5 days before arrival so we can process your registration with the community.

Important Registration Deadlines
Registrations completed within 2 days of check-in are subject to a $100 late registration fee.
Same-day registrations are not permitted. The cutoff is 11:59 PM the day before arrival.
Each driver will receive a QR code from Arrowhead Lake for community gate access.

Resort Fees
For stays of less than 5 nights (guests ages 6+):

Off-season (September 2–May 21): $2 per person, per night
Peak season (May 22–September 1): $8.50 per person, per night
Gate access: $20 per vehicle
Administration fee: $20

For stays of more than 5 nights (guests ages 6+):
Peak season (Memorial Day–Labor Day): $42.50 per person for 5–7 nights

Once your Pre-Arrival Form is complete, we’ll handle the community submission and collect the applicable fees through the Resolution Center.

Parking
Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles.

Policies:
No Fireworks
No smoking inside of the home
No events, parties, or large gatherings
Must be 26 to book, no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old.

Pets:
No pets allowed.
