Arrowhead - Lakefront, Hot Tub, firepit, Beach and AC

Bucky Beaver Lodge is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom lakefront property situated in the highly desirable Arrowhead Lakes community. This lakefront residence can host up to eight guests and allows a maximum of four vehicles.

Relish the new hot tub, fire pit, and dock. Choose from three kayaks, two children's kayaks, a tandem kayak, two stand-up paddleboards, or the canoe for a leisurely paddle around the serene lake.

Sheets and bath towels are included.

Due to owners allergies we can only accept dogs. Please be respectful of this request.

The space

Upon entering the house, the main floor contains kitchen with large island, living and dining room area as well as full bath.

2nd is where the bedrooms are located. Bedroom 1 has a full and queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a king bed along with desk for those who may have to work. 3rd bedroom has twin bunks and a queen.

Located also on the 2nd floor is the washer and dryer and full bath.

All Tv's are Smart Tv's. There is no basic cable. Most popular apps are available.

Arrowhead Lake association fees for renters include (not included in your home rental, paid directly by renter to homeowner)

Off Season
1) Mandatory and assessed to all rentals for occupants 6 and older $2 per person per day for temporary membership.
2) A gate card of $20 per vehicle.
3) Transaction fee $20

In Season (5/23 to 9/02)
1) Mandatory and assessed to all rentals for occupants 6 and older $8.50 per person per day for temporary membership
2) A gate card of $20 per vehicle
3) Transaction fee $20
