"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful for getting around the property. However, we came after check-in & the room we booked, was no longer available. Although we appreciated the upgrade, the room was dirty and not very accommodating. The amenities were also very misleading. Although wifi isn’t the most pressing issue, it was very poor."

"I enjoyed the stay and one of the highlights was the free breakfast. They offered a variety of bagels and muffins along with coffee and orange juice. "Loud area to begin with. Cars racing on the street. Not the hotels fault. Old!, not well maintained. The person above me sounded like they would be coming through the ceiling. The floor was mushy under the vinyl flooring and did not inspire confidence. Beds are gross. Linens are gross. I swear a hooker and client checked in before me. You have to talk to some guy who is very hard to understand on the camera when checking in. Strange. Also did not inspire confidence. What are they...

"Hotel was conveniently located by the Sherman Theater where we had tickets to a show. We were able to walk to & from & felt safe walking at night. Staff was very personable & accommodating. Breakfast had a variety of choices & coffee was always available. Room was clean & beds/pillows comfortable. Only negative was odor in room & hall that was heavily scented with air freshener. We would stay here again when in town for a show."

"Room 107 was small and out dated, smelled musty, stains on the walls,mold on the shower curtain, sink was held up by a table leg, bed was so uncomfortable and only had 2 flat pillows for a queen size bed and under the bed had crumbs and dirt that was not cleaned from prior guest was just covered by the comforter. Room was overpriced and I would NEVER stay there again!! "
