We had dinner at the Shanghai Garden Restaurant - there was a menu for Chinese food and another menu for everything else. "It was a terrible experience for us. We checked in at 1700, was told the room was not ready yet, checked in is supposedly 1500. We waited for few minutes was told the room is ready. We get to our room, it’s hot. The AC is supposed to be on already, we went for dinner came back the room is still hot. I called downstairs at 1800 the front desk said they will send someone up.
