A glass-enclosed sunroom provides a peaceful place for morning coffee, quiet reading, or winding down after a day outdoors. Four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms comfortably accommodate families and groups.
Outside, an expansive stone patio offers plenty of space for outdoor dining, relaxing, and taking in the surrounding landscape. Just across the road, guests enjoy private access to Echo Lake through a custom multi-level dock, perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, or simply spending the afternoon by the water.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
Air conditioning: There are six AC windows units throughout the house: one in each of the four bedrooms, one in the living room, and one in the dining room. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter). There are also abundant abundant standing and ceiling fans to keep things comfortable.
Getting Around: Must have a vehicle and AWD or 4WD highly recommended; there is a country road to get to the home that may otherwise be difficult in rain or snow.
Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that the dog stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after him. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.
Water Activities: Swimming and use of watercraft (kayaks, paddleboards, and boats) are at your own risk. Guests assume full responsibility for their safety and that of any minors in their party. The property owner and management company are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur.
Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 8 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 8 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.
Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
