"The cottage is nicely decorated, well-equipped and situated just around the corner from all amenities. Literally 5 min walk to restaurants, high street and historic buildings. "Beautiful house with stunning views of Weymouth bay and Portland. The location was great it was nice and quiet but easy to get into Weymouth either by 30 minute walk on the Rodwell trail or by very frequent buses stopping a couple of minutes walk from the house. We didn't use our car at all whilst we were there. For eating out there is Billy Winters which is 5 minute walk and worth a visit and lots of lovely pubs and restaurants in Weymouth and Portland. There are also quite a few takeaways...

"The en-suite room in Fiona's home was perfect for our short stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we had a lovely peaceful sleep. The shower was really powerful, nice big bath towels and shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided. The location was great for us to visit Weymouth and Durdle Door. Thanks for having us!"

"Great place to stay, Caravan was well equiped and clean and tidy. Great little caravan site and wasnt to busy and quiet which is a gem to find in the summer holidays! All staff were welcoming and polite in site. Passes were included so was able to use entertainment and swimming pool. Beautiful sea views of Portland from the caravan. Will definitely recommed staying here. "

It is ideally situated for strolling along Hamworthy beach and is just a 10 minute walk to Poole Quay. A great base to explore Dorset and a lovely place to return after a long day out. "We had a really nice stay end of July, the kids loved the pool facilities. The area was quiet and close to beaches. There was plenty of crockery and things needed for a self catering stay for a few days. Jodi and Simon were very responsive in our communications up to and during the stay which was really appreciated.The induction hob took some getting used to and would recommend supplying a couple extra tea towels, but other than that- 5 stars! Would stay here again."

" A lovely time was had by all, the check in was good, there is plenty of china, cutlery, dishes etc.We used the BBQ which was a success.The outside space was brilliant the kids loved it. We had to work out how to switch on the integrated coffee machine, once we had managed that we ran out of coffee beans, there were none to refill.The chlorine level in the pool seemed to be very high, there were a lot of sore eyes."
