"The office and the room had a vile oder. After checking in the staff said she had to go change the sheets. When she gave me the room there was feces all over the toilet, the shower was dirty, the bed had a flat sheet that didn't fit, the microwave and fridge was dirty."

Requested a non smoking room, the room I received smelled heavily of cigarettes. The floors were VERY dirty and haven’t been mopped in God knows how long so bring house shoes. Every towel we got had some black stains on them and the beds hurt my back. Like I stated it’s a place to sleep for cheap but you pay for cheap either way."
