"This hotel was absolutely beautiful on the inside. Huge wall mounted TV. A fireplace that changes color beneath, touch screen vanity and waterfall shower. The hotel desk person was a very kind gentleman. My only thing was I wish there was a coffee maker to go along with the nice fridge and microwave. With that being said there is a Starbucks right in front of the hotel. Would definitely stay there again and most likely will within the next 6 months. "

"The front desk staff were attentive and professional. The room was clean and had a lot of space to lay out a suitcase. Breakfast was good with very friendly staff. We had stayed at Hampton Inn the night before and the property and staff at the Holiday Inn Express far exceeded the Hampton Inn. I wish it was closer to the heart of Pittsburgh so I could stay every time I visit. "

"The motel was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is walkable and we felt safe. But it’s a shame “some”people in this area don’t respect their own neighborhood. We saw trash just thrown down on the sidewalk not far from trash cans. We saw what appeared to be a few homeless people suffering in 90 degree heat. It would be nice for local people to help find shelter for this people down on their luck, perhaps mentally ill."

"Good service. Clean. Adequate breakfast - better than most. But the neighbor running their wster thundered thry our room. And the front of the building was utilities and work equipment and the grass is poorly kept, and it looked like a rubble and cut tree pile to the left of the building - all very unsightly from the front. "The hotel is good. We had no high expectations. So it was fine. On the very first day no one cleaned our room. The second day, the cleaning process was really low. We arrived late and the bathroom was not cleaned and they left our dirty paper glasses on exact same place. The staff was good, specially Tereza from Jamaica, from front desk. She was really a gentle one. Congrats!"

"I was looking for an inexpensive bed to sleep in after dropping my child off at Pitt, and I found a great place for us to stay when we visit! The room is low frills but is clean and has everything you need. The motel - even though it seems to be in the middle of nowhere - is only 20-25 minutes from the university and Sheets is right down the road for a late-night snack. The friendly staff and free coffee in the morning are perfect bonuses! We definitely plan to stay here again!"
