*About*
This one-bedroom flat is mostly suitable for two guests, but it can easily accommodate three, if necessary. You will have access to the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. The bedroom can serve well as both a living room and bedroom. The building is located in a quiet neighborhood which is a 10-15 min walk from downtown, with plenty of convenience stores right outside the door.
*Space*
A spacious place in minimalist hipster style of the interior. Minimal quantities of art, objects and sundries, just what you need for a comfortable stay. And some surprising little jokes.
*Guest access*
Guests have the entire place for themselves. They have access to a bedroom (single bed - 90/200 cm, sofa bed - 120/200 cm), toilet, bathroom and a kitchenette all connected by a spacious corridor. The bedroom has a little balcony. The kithcenette is equiped with a fridge, microwave oven, stove, toaster and the washing machine is there as well. Guests can use a garage to park for the price of 3 Euro per day. There are also two bikes available for the price of 5 Euro each per day.
*Guest interaction*
I'm always ready to help with anything a guest might need. I also try not to be intrusive, that's why I prefer clear communication with guests so that we don't have any misunderstanding.
*Neighborhood overview*
The apartment is in a quiet old neighbourhood where there are houses as well as apartment buildings. It is to the north of the Maritza river, that crosses the city. Most people know each other here and it is a very safe place. Right outside the building's main entrance there's a family owned cafe with a nice kids' playground. Numerous shops and restaurants and bars, a fruit and vegetable market, 24/7 pharmacy, a little park for the morning jogging, tennis courts, open and indoor swimming pools - more or less 5 minutes away. The building is situated right between Grand Hotel Plovdiv and Holiday Inn, but not on a big and noisy street, as they are. Very comfortable when you arrive by car/bus in Plovdiv - very close to the highway. At the same time very comfortable when you want to visit the Plovdiv International Fair, the main street, historical or other places of interest, on foot.
*Getting around*
Guests are welcome to park right in front of the building or in the street, which is free, or park in the garage, which is 3 Euro per day. There are also two bikes available for the price of 5 Euro each per day. It is a pleasure to bike around the town along the newly built bike alleys. A map of bike alleys in Plovdiv is available on internet. There are several busstops nearby but unfortunately public transportation is not the most reliable. The better choice is by taxi and not expensive at all. Right behind the Bulgaria boulevard parking is paid, so it's better to leave your car at the apartment and walk, if possible.
*Other things to note*
The only pedestrian bridge in Plovdiv, over the Maritza river, part from the main street, is 0.8 km/10 minutes walk away. The today's hype - Kapana (The Trap) neighbourhood is 1.3 km/15 minutes walk away. 500 m from International Fair Plovdiv, Roman Theatre is 1.9 km away, Ethnographic Museum is 1.4 km away. The distance between the apartment and the pedestrian bridge is not boring at all because it passes by numerous bars, cafes, shops, supermarket, restaurants, fashion stores, casinos and gambling halls, pharmacies, banks. Extremely comfortable for people traveling by car/bus using the Trakia highway (E 80) - the nearest highway entrance to the city is at a distance of 7.5 km/10 minutes by car, only three traffic lights to cross.
