Beach mansion directly by the sea + pirvat pool - stone´s throw enter the beach

Absolute dream holiday location - you could almost say "on" the beach. Beautifully situated in a beautiful bay, the swimming pool in the garden, the beach on the doorstep - it really doesn't get any closer. We say this is our beach house with "yacht feeling", slightly elevated above the pool, the fully glazed living room part shows you the complete and rich sea view over the beach - you can't imagine it more wonderful - it is indescribably authentic and impressive - this Location is almost unique for our region. The sofa and dining table offer plenty of sea views from every seat. Not only that, the house has its own private swimming pool (attention only open from June 1st to September 30th), in addition there is the master bedroom with its own small sea view balcony above the living yacht area, and also a bathroom and toilet en suite. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, toilet and 2 rooms (one with 2 separate beds - we recommend this as a children's room). On the one side the yard, beautifully covered with palm trees, with several parking possibilities (closed with a big gate) on the other side the entrance to the stand; in front of it a small green area with a swing and the pool. This part is also 100% closed by walls and fences - a beach gate gives direct access to the sea and the beach. Sports and games are provided in the extra playroom, where there are bicycles and table football available for guests.
