In the former Kergomar farmhouse, at the end of the large, tiled-roofed longhouse, this gîte comprises, on the ground floor: - a living room/lounge/kitchen, - a toilet under the stairs. Upstairs: - a mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), - a semi-open bathroom with shower, sink, and washing machine. Outside: - a small 27 m² garden with a brand-new wooden deck and a private parking space. Available upon request: shuffleboard and molkky. Shelter is available for motorcycles or sports equipment. Located in the commune of Ploumilliau, in the heart of the Trégor region, between the Pink Granite Coast and the Bay of Morlaix, the Duplex de Kergomar awaits you for a stay between the sea and the countryside. This cottage, situated at the end of a traditional longhouse, has its own driveway and parking space. It shares a wall with a storage shed. At the other end of the longhouse, there is a guest room upstairs (sleeps 2 - ref. 22G110796), another cottage on the ground floor (sleeps 2 - ref. 22G110738), and, in a meadow further on, two tents available in summer (sleeps 2 - ref. 22G110795 & 22G110794).
