The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Upstairs:
– A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a wardrobe
– A bedroom with two single beds arranged as a queen-size bed (160x200) and a desk
– A bedroom with two single beds (90x190) and a chest of drawers.
– A shower room with shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
– A courtyard of approximately 100 m², facing south-west, fully fenced and private.
– A 90 m² terrace, partially covered by a pergola, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco and relaxing in the shade on hot days or sheltered when the weather is cooler. You’ll find a built-in barbecue and garden furniture there.

The house is ideally situated on the outskirts of Plouhinec, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

It is situated approximately 50 metres from the county road linking Plouhinec to Port-Louis, which may cause some noise disturbance. The woodland at the rear of the house provides a pleasant setting, whilst the presence of other homes nearby means you are asked to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood.

Things to do:
– The beaches at Linès and Magouëro, just 2.5 km away,
– A visit to the citadel at Port-Louis,
– Exploring the port of Magouer and the Vieux Passage,
– The islet of Saint-Cado, in Belz,
– The Gâvres peninsula, less than 10 km away,
– Numerous coastal walking trails, including one that passes close to the house.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private courtyard (2 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
– In summer, the local council runs a shuttle bus service to the beach.
– Nearest railway stations: Lorient, 25 minutes’ drive away, and Auray, 28 minutes’ drive away.

Other notes:
– The fireplace is in working order; firewood can be provided on request for an additional charge
– Pets are allowed, subject to an additional charge of euros15 per stay (maximum of 2 pets). Please specify this when booking.
– Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request for an additional charge (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
– End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
– Any request for arrival or departure outside the times stated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. You may be charged a flat-rate supplement.
