Located on a large plot of land with a pond and sheep, it offers a superb view of the ocean, accessible via a pedestrian path. Fully equipped, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 travellers. You will also enjoy a pleasant terrace with its barbecue and two sun loungers, ideal for meals and summer evenings in complete tranquillity.



Upon arrival, you will be welcomed into a lovely living space, with access to the terrace on one side and a magnificent ocean view on the other. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, independent freezer, microwave, oven, gas hob and dishwasher, providing you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will also find a kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine. Take your meals around the dining table or relax on the sofa whilst enjoying the television.



On the upper floor, the accommodation has 2 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190 cm)

Bedroom 2: Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) which can be separated into 2 single beds



A bathroom with shower and hairdryer, as well as a separate toilet, complete the accommodation.



You will easily be able to park several vehicles in the private car park of the property.



The house is semi-detached with an occupied dwelling; however, each property has its own independent entrance, guaranteeing the privacy of each.
