With its cosy living area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is ideal for 4 adults or a couple with 2 children. The huge garden, partly adorned with palm trees, offers plenty of space and room to play, and any four-legged friends travelling with you are also very welcome here. 2 cars can be conveniently parked on the private grounds. A security deposit of EUR 55,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
