Welcome to L’Escale, a charming contemporary house situated in Plougonvelin, in the Pays d'Iroise, where the tranquillity of the Breton countryside meets modern comfort.



The Space:

This cosy little retreat is the perfect place for an unforgettable getaway for up to four people.



As soon as you step inside, you’ll be charmed by the bright, tastefully decorated living area, which skilfully blends warm wood with industrial touches.

The living room, bathed in light thanks to its large windows, invites you to relax with its comfortable sofa and original pallet coffee table, perfect for sharing a cosy moment after a day of exploring the coast.



The house features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a spacious dining area, ideal for savouring local produce.

On the ground floor, L’Escale offers a bedroom with a cosy and comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm). The elegant and functional bathroom is fitted with a spacious walk-in shower, whilst a utility area features a washing machine and a toilet.

Upstairs, a relaxation area with a sofa welcomes you, perfect for reading a book or playing the board games provided. It leads to a second bedroom in the attic, offering a cosy cabin-like feel with its two single beds (90 x 190 cm), perfect for children or friends.



Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful south-facing wooden terrace, furnished with colourful garden furniture for al fresco dining or sunbathing. Fully enclosed and situated in a quiet spot, this house guarantees complete privacy whilst being close to the beaches, the Customs Officers’ Path (GR34) and the legendary Fort de Bertheaume.



The little extras you won’t find anywhere else? Bed and bath linen provided (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and offering advice on activities to do and tourist attractions to visit!



The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for exploration and activities: walks in the Abers or along the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and traditional restaurants where you can enjoy Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect base for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.

We will be on hand throughout your stay to help you organise your time here, recommend the best places to visit, and book activities tailored to your preferences. We also offer a rental service: baby equipment, games, sports equipment (scooters, paddleboards, molkky, etc.). This way, you can feel right at home!



Smoking is permitted, but only outside the house. Parties are also prohibited.



This property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.



Pets are also welcome; the garden is fully fenced.
