The Space:

On the ground floor, you will discover a large equipped kitchen with a dining area, which is open to a small living room equipped with a functional fireplace and which also offers direct access to the terrace. By crossing the corridor, you will find a second, more spacious living room equipped with a TV. From this living room, you can access the master suite located above the garage. This room is equipped with a 160x200 bed as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The ground floor is also equipped with separate toilets.



Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds, one measuring 160x200 and the other 140x190, a bathroom with a shower and WC, as well as a playroom ideal for children.



Outside, you can enjoy the sun on a pleasant terrace, equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers or enjoy a lovely wooded and enclosed garden of 800m².



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.
