A large south-facing terrace at the front of the house overlooks the garden and features a large wooden table and chairs that can seat up to 10 people.

A second west-facing terrace is directly accessible from the living room and features a table, chairs, and armchairs.

A third north-facing terrace at the rear of the house features two deckchairs for naps.

You can park one vehicle in the driveway, which is closed by an electric gate, as well as several vehicles in front of the house.

The house is located on the seafront at the entrance to Fort Bloqué, a very pleasant neighborhood with restaurants, a bar, a tobacconist's shop, a bakery, a biscuit shop, and a market.

The large public beach, a 2-minute walk away, allows you to enjoy the ocean and breathtaking sunsets over Fort Bloqué and the island of Groix.
The beach is supervised in summer and is a delight for families, surfers, and kitesurfers alike.

The Lannénec ponds, a 2-minute walk away, offer beautiful walks in a Natura 2000 area.

A few minutes by car or bike, you'll find the seaside resort of Guidel Plage (supermarket, bakery, souvenirs) as well as restaurants, bars, a riding school, a water sports center, bike rentals, and more.

A bus stop for the coast and Lorient is just a few dozen meters away. The cycle path and the famous GR34 pass in front of the house and run along the entire coast, ensuring you can enjoy magnificent walks without having to take the car.

- Lannénec Pond: The largest body of water in Morbihan, surrounded by greenery and classified as a Natura 2000 area, you can enjoy peaceful strolls near the sea around the pond along a marked trail.

- Beaches: Large Fort Bloqué Beach. Many other beaches are less than 5 minutes by car or bike from the accommodation, including Guidel Plage, Pérello Beach, and Anse du Stole Beach.

- Hiking: Numerous hikes begin directly near the accommodation or are just a few minutes' drive away, offering diverse landscapes and environments: a path winding along the Laïta River, the wild coastal path (GR34) from Guidel to Larmor Plage, walks in the Clohars Carnoët forest, excursions around the Ter pond, etc.
