Close to the beach (800 m from the beach of Perello), all shops and coastal paths of several km on foot.

On the ground floor: entered with dressing room for jackets and shoes. a large fitted kitchen fully equipped with dining room, a large living room. A storeroom with 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer. Your children can also discover many toys in a small box. The ground floor also has a beautiful bedroom (1 bed for 2 people-140X200 with dresser), 1 private Italian bathroom.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (25 m²) to sleep (1 bedroom with 1 bed 160X200 and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140X200 + a cot. Bathroom with bath and 1 separate toilet.
Linens are provided and beds are made on arrival.
WIFI throughout the house and garden. A flat rate is offered.

GARDEN
The garden (1000m²) is raised and closed with two terraces. Garden furniture, garden furniture, parasols, deckchairs, outdoor drying rack, stone barbecue with plancha.
The sea is located 10 minutes walk and accessible by bike.
