This historic estate of over 100 years, which served as the headquarters of the Kerroc'h Lighthouse in 1908, renovated and rehabilitated in 2009 and then in 2022, offers a sumptuous setting. With a capacity of 13 people, 6 bedrooms, it stands out for its charm, comfort and location in a protected natural area of 6,000 m². It is a perfect place to gather in complete intimacy.

Combining luxury and ecology, it offers a unique relaxation setting with an indoor jacuzzi opening onto a terrace. It benefits from an unlimited fiber optic internet connection, ideal for teleworking. The decor is refined, elegant, creating a cozy atmosphere, with integrated sound. Comfort is ensured by geothermal heating and double-flow ventilation, ensuring a pleasant temperature all year round. The breathtaking view of the sea and the Kerroc'h beach reinforces the experience of escape.



The outdoor areas offer several spaces:

- A 110 m² terrace on the sea side with table, chairs, and a summer lounge.

- Another 15 m² terrace, located on the side towards the entrance, offering a view of the beach. It is equipped with an outdoor lounge, this place is often used as a smoking area.

- A third 30 m² terrace, facing south, opening onto the Jacuzzi with table and chairs.

- Finally, there is the natural, tree-lined and flowering park according to the season, which offers you a huge playground, your children will be able to live their adventures and create indelible memories.

The kitchen allows you to prepare your meals, promoting convivial and memorable moments. The living room is perfect for meals, relaxation or TV evenings.

- Room 1: 160 x 200 bed, private shower and toilet

- Room 2: 160 x 200 bed, private shower and sink

- Room 3 is a family room: 160 x 200 bed and 90 x 190 bed, it can be divided into 2 spaces thanks to a sliding panel.

- Room 4: 1 140 x 200 bed

- Room 5: 160 x 200 bed, private shower and sink

- Room 6: 2 80x200 beds that you can push together to make a large bed.

And an independent bathroom with shower and sink for rooms 3, 4 and 6.

There are also 2 independent toilets, 1 near the entrance to the Jacuzzi and the other at the back.



NOTE:

We assign the rooms according to the number of occupants on the basis of double bedding: 2 people = 1 room with a double bed available.

Example for 4 people = 2 rooms...

Bed linen and bath towels are not included. You will have to order them in the form of a Kit (Simple Kit at 17 € or Double Kit at 20 €) at the time of booking.
